In my work, I see daily how differently <strong>scoliosis<\/strong> progresses and how important it is to classify a <strong>spinal curvature<\/strong> early on instead of downplaying it. The goal is always the same: to understand exactly what is happening in the back \u2013 and then to choose a treatment that is sensible and fits your life.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa188a5e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"aa188a5e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>What scoliosis means \u2013 a clear definition<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55e7529b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"55e7529b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A <strong>scoliosis<\/strong> describes more than just a slight deviation of the <strong>spine<\/strong>. This combination of <strong>curvature<\/strong>, rotation, and altered <strong>shape<\/strong> causes the spine to lose its straight line and develop in an arc shape. Especially in <strong>puberty<\/strong>, when <strong>growth<\/strong> accelerates rapidly in a short time, many <strong>cases<\/strong> become clearly visible for the first time. <strong>Idiopathic scoliosis<\/strong> \u2013 i.e., the form without clearly identifiable <strong>causes<\/strong> \u2013 is the most common here. The crucial factors are how pronounced the <strong>curvature<\/strong> is, how the <strong>vertebral bodies<\/strong> rotate in space, and what influence this has on the <strong>spinal canal<\/strong> and the statics of the body.<br>I take my time for this: first the clinical <strong>view<\/strong>, then the technical precision \u2013 both belong together.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b9a01ad0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b9a01ad0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>X-rays and the Cobb angle<\/strong><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59f9c06a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"59f9c06a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>X-rays<\/strong> are the standard for accurately assessing scoliosis.
